The Men That Got Away: Rediscovering the Broadway of Harold Arlen and Harold Rome

One had five hit shows and the other left behind classic songs for singers to cherish time and again. Harold Rome delighted Broadway with his Wish You Were Here, Fanny, Destry Rides Again, and I Can Get It For You Wholesale – all hits but never revived. Harold Arlen wrote amazing scores to less-successful shows that left us A Sleepin' Bee, Don't Like Goodbyes, and film hits like The Man That Got Away. Don't miss our tribute to these wonderful Broadway giants who deserve to be remembered!
